Evomo iPod Shuffle Give-away at the Sea Otter Classic 2008
RULES:
Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules.
No purchase necessary. One entry per person. Open to all individuals 12 years of age or over as of the date of entry. The contest runs from April 17, 2008, to April 20, 2008. A single prize winner is determined randomly among all valid entries on or before April 22. You must use a valid name, city, state and email address. Winner does not need to be present.
Winners will be notified by email. If a winner is unreachable after 7 days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected.
Employees of Evomo Inc., their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.
Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification. Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. This contest is void where prohibited by law. Prize may not be transferred or substituted. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
